Need a space to work through something that’s been on your mind? Coaching offers focused, short-term support around a specific issue — no diagnosis, no deep therapy work — just guidance, strategy, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Note: Coaching is not therapy and is not meant to treat or diagnose mental health conditions. It’s about progress, not pathology.
A 60-minute coaching session to gain insight on one specific challenge — whether it’s boundary-setting, burnout, decision-making, or anything else. You’ll leave with practical tools, clarity, and a customized mindfulness technique to help you move forward.
Two sessions over 2–3 weeks to unpack your challenge, work through mental blocks, and implement change. Each session is designed to build on the last — with tailored practices and mindset shifts along the way.
A month of targeted support on a personal or professional goal. We’ll map out your challenge, identify mindset shifts, and build habits that align with your values. Each session builds on the last — blending coaching tools and mindfulness.
Coaching focuses on your current goals, mindset, and future-oriented growth. It doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Therapy goes deeper into emotional healing and mental health diagnoses. Coaching is more action-focused and brief.
Not at all! You can start with one session and decide from there. Many clients start with a one-time session and then upgrade to a series when they’re ready for deeper work.
